' Each person's map of the world is as unique as their thumbprint. There are no two people alike...no two people who understand the same sentence the same way...
So in dealing with people try not to fit them to your concept of what they should be'
- Milton Erickson -

ePsychologist welcomes you!

Psychological help via Internet is an alternative to traditional method of psychological support and can help you dealing with some issues such as: relationship crisis, decision making, coping with stress, learning difficulties, choosing right studies or profession. Such form is only a consultation and can be helpful in understanding motives of various behaviours, as well as can be treated as support in difficult moments. A person who offers psychological help via Internet (e.g. ePsychologist) is a psychologist/counsellor who takes a role of an adviser and usually gives more direct advice than in a traditional face-to-face contact.

Psychological help via Internet is not suitable for people who experience serious crisis or suffer from a serious psychological disorders. In such situations we recommend visiting a psychologist, psychotherapist or psychiatrist. For those who experience serious difficulties, psychological help via Internet can only be a temporary solution and cannot replace a traditional contact with professional as well as it cannot replace methods and elements of psychotherapy.

Online psychological help is not recommended for people who are treated pharmacologically and who suffer from medical conditions that require immediate contact with doctor.

We want to emphasize that online psychological help is not psychotherapy but only a specific kind of psychological support and it cannot replace psychotherapy.
